The advantage of CeramiX's lithium-ion battery pack design and development lies in the perfect simulation system of "single cell → module → battery Pack", which supports the forward R&D of battery Pack through simulation. Based on COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS Fluent & Mechanical, MATLAB, etc., we established a simulation platform and simulation supporting laboratory. Our battery pack simulation capabilities cover electrical properties, thermal management, mechanics and process. Our R&D process is: prototype design → simulation verification/optimization → experimental verification → simulation optimization →... → Design finalize.
